Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once payment is authorized. Prices are in US dollars and may change before an order is placed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a listing contains a pricing error.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Orders leave our facility in 2–4 business days. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; we will help resolve carrier damage claims.
Returns
Because this is a consumable beverage, we accept returns only for unopened cases within 30 days of delivery, or for any case that arrives damaged or defective. Contact us with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
Product information
Nutritional and electrolyte information is provided for general reference. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Site use and intellectual property
The Water Is Life and Get To The Water names, marks, copy, and imagery are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
